Before running ./oebb.sh update, append the following line to oe/sources/layers.txt: meta-kipr,git://github.com/kipr/meta-kipr,master,HEAD
Follow the remaining steps, but replace: bitbake kovan-bringup-image
With: bitbake kovan-distribution-image
