Training bed not outputted when blacklist list included #23

I found that when blacklist was included with -e blacklist, there was no Name_training.bed in the output, while when blacklist was not included, Name_traning.bed was generated in the output. Are there any speical purposes for this ?

I've tried this on the 20to30MB file and don't seem to find a problem. I know this issue was created a long time ago but maybe you still have an idea when it was triggered?

(I'm using an blacklist file containing only chr22 0 100).
