Allow for importing of Rockband Midis that have PART PRO_GUITAR

Hi, I'm working on a few customs, and want to release them in both ExCON (for YARG/Rockband) and p.psarc for Rocksmith

I've already done pro guitar in Reaper, so being able to import the midi from that into Charter so that i can add Rocksmith specific features would be amazing

you would need to send me documentation for that format and some examples

there's this, other then that it's farily simple, look through the different tracks for either the name of PART PRO_GUITAR, or a text event at beat 0 named PART PRO_GUITAR

the midi itself is split into 5 difficulties, fret hand positions, chord names, plus rockband specific things like overdrive and that sort of stuff, with fretting corresponding to a note velocity from 100 (open note), to either 117 (for RB's Mustang guitar) or 122 (for RB's Squire guitar)

the expert charting is 1:1 with tabs

the website also has loads of examples of everything from fretting to chords to HO OP's to slides
