Crash during new world generation

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

Attempting to create a new world (also possible when generating new chunks) - crashlog showed that the cause of the crash was cyclic:flower_purple, but Cyanide pointed to blueprint. I found a similar problem in the blueprint mod issue tracking system. The author of the blueprint mod say that it is not a problem of his mod, but a problem of vanilla feature gen.

Ok, I found temporary solution using this #2437 but still this error may occure, also I updated Terralith and Tectonic mods and remove Cyclic Crash Fix and at least for now no crash happen
