Cyclic Items Changing FOV When Option is Disabled

Hello!

When the accessibility option to disable FOV is turned down or off, charms or other items that affect FOV such as the Speed Charm will still change the player's FOV. Is it possible to stop this behavior when the player turns this off in the game settings?
