[FEATURE REQUEST] Make the max amount of active cloured light sources to be configurable

The default 1024 is good for most cases, but for super high end PC 1536 could be nice and super low end PC would love to have the limit set to 512, 256, 128 or even 64, for coloured light only in close proximity, e.g. in base, without the performance drop coused by light emmiting block in the wild.
