Were you targeting the correct body part? What about the mob itself? Was it a synthetic or an organic?

I'd like to know considering I've done a few of these surgeries and have had no issues on both synthetics and organic crew members. However, it does look like a few of the surgeries are a little buggy with the bobmed changes, but I'm guessing those bumps will get ironed out.
