Can't install mppatch 0.1.3

whenever I press the installer it just logs this and doesn't actually do anything else

I found that if you installed 0.1.2, then the 0.1.3 installer would work

Had the same problem.
If you go in your civ 5 file (probably: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V")
Delete all files from MPpatch you can find.
0.1.3 installer should work after that.

I have the same issue but it does not work to remove files, install any older versions, or anything :( it does say i have the version in the game, but says binary error. Even when it is fully uninstalled and verified civ properties, it still says that.
