+-	DHd abstract  was successfully submitted. 
+-	Theo will present CtG in a research colloquium for Arabic DH next Thursday (14.12). 
+- Workshop
+  -	Done: flyer and catering.
+  -	Still to do: 
+    - Finalization of the text.
+    - Advertisement: invitation email, post blog and social media .
+    - Roll-up:  should follow the pattern of other posters form Arabistik and be done by CeDiS. Xenia will contact them.
+    -	A reminder should be sent to all invited people once we have the workshop materials done.

+  -	Two projects have been contacted, we are waiting for the answers. We might have to sent reminders.

Additionally, we could save all the links we have in the database alongside with our project and offer it as a service.  We still have to make sure that such practice is legal and find an API for automatic archiving since we have over 1200 links.
