+-	Email database – we will set up an email database of all contacts in our project and use it to automatically send emails with a request to control the correctness of the entries. We will contact all the existing projects. Additionally, we will automate the process for each new entry. For privacy reasons, the database will not be published.

For now, we discussed briefly the idea of tagging the projects according to their own definitions, but this approach could lead to inconsistencies which could distort the analysis and visualizations of the data. We also talked about bringing up this topic in the DHd conference.
