Start work on a dynamic template message editor.

Window will resize to screen 80x25 / 80x50,
Possible multi-mode ANSI editor as well, where full screen display will remove left/right borders for 80 column ANSI Screens. Should also handling creating topic, assigning messages tags.

Future enhancements will include importing ANSI screens and more.
