Template for on demand restricting

At the moment, having all restrictions being prompted on new app installs is a bit too many restrictions then i'd like, .......any chance we can get a similar template for on demand like the one we have for restrictions?

If so, just like to quickly ask, can we expand those templates to include the individual restrictions aswell as the categories, if that is possible, and workable

And sorry for my recent barage of request guys, i think that pretty much covers my main ones, ill try not to add so much to the pile from now on

As with all my requests, in your own time, in your own way, more then happy to wait, focus on the stable, i just leave these as possible reminders to stuff you MIGHT add
