Sometimes the restrict on demand dialog just doesnt accept any touch inputs, when a lot of restrict on remand dialogs show up one after the another

I will into the on denand dialog issue again later today or tomorrow. Maybe reading some Android source code can help.

Its still there on 1.99.60
I have faced it twice since yesterday. Each time there were multiple restrict on demand dialogs one after another when the issue appeared.
