I have updated an app that got 'android.permission.INTERNET' permission added. The new permission doesn't get noticed by XPrivacy though. At least the permission flag (green key icon) seems not set and thus doesn't show up with corresponding filter.

XPrivacy fetches this information from Android.
The local package manager of Android might be caching the old permission information.
Restarting XPrivacy or rebooting your device will probably solve this problem.
This cannot be fixed with changes in XPrivacy.

This problem should be fixed in the just released version 2.0.4

Confirmed. Works both ways properly now (adding/removing permissions).
