Bug: Migration did not migrate "Accounts to allow"

I have migrated from v. 1.11.12 (or .13, not sure) to 2.0.1.
The settings were migrated just fine. However, my "Accounts to allow" settings were wiped.
Not sure about the other "x to allow" settings as I haven't used them so far.

Ah, good find. I'm looking to migrate to 2.x soon as well.

This will be fixed in the next release and was caused by changes in one of the previous versions.

Now that I see the change, I remember: Yes, the template was not migrated, too. :-)
