This plugin does not get background color from item panel.

Instead it get the background color from somewhere else, I think its window manager( instead of panel) but it didnt change.

@samuk190 I am not an expert but you are correct that the background color can be set by the Dockbarx theme. A problem I am having is that in previous versions the transparency / opacity of the plugin used to be configurable but now seems "solid only". That could possibly be what you are seeing as well, if the theme has the background set to transparent then it would blend with the panel better.

@M7S or maybe @xuzhen may be able to comment on if the newer version of xfce4-dockbarx-plugin supports transparency or not.

@samuk190 what's the name of your theme?

@rik-shaw You could set the transparency value with the soild color. Press the "+" button in the custom colors, use the slide bar on the bottom. If you want set a accurate transparency value, right click on the slider
