Create a new interface that allows the creation and management of user groups. Additionally, activate the ability to assign groups to features throught the Activation condition when creating a new feature. :
For Groups Management:
Navbar Link: Add a "Groups" link in the application’s navbar with a team icon.
Groups Page: Include a "Create New Group" button. {To create a group, the user provides the group name and selects users to add.}
Display a table of all created groups. The table should contain:
Group Name.
Group ID.
List of related users.
Actions: Edit or Delete buttons for managing each group.
Feature-Specific Group Permissions:
When creating or editing a feature, allow the user to select a group of users that can activate the feature.
