[request] Monochrome and/or red video mode please

Hello.
I don't know if this is the appropiate way to make a request; if it's not, just 
ignore this please.
Red-cyan display works well but could you please make a change so that when one 
chooses to emulate only one screen the video output would be shown in shades of 
red or grey?
Either is fine, both would be excellent.
I'm sorry, I have a very hard time staring at a bright pink image for longer 
than 15 minutes. It gives me headaches.

This is a very nice emulator; solid and simple, just as I like them. In my 
opinion, the best VB emulator around. It'd be quite nice if we could avoid the 
headaches and play for hours on end.
