Done: make available the Kinyarwanda TTS dataset on the mbaza-nlp huggigface platform

Definition of done

  • Find the best way to store the doc (either use a bucket and or put them directly on huggingface)
  • Upload the dataset
  • Create a readme with information about the dataset
