Goal: Brainstorm on various chatbot ideas we can implement as a community

Definition of done

Create a short list for the core (survey ideas/POCs from the fellowship hackathon)
Find key members who can be trusted to implement the chatbot
Define the project lead
Invite mbaza-nlp members for a brainstorming session
Choose the chatbot to use
Define which platform we shall use to implement it
