Only show direct messages in correct buffer

Hi,
currently, for Mastodon instances, direct messages are displayed in messages buffer but also in home buffer.
Direct messages should only be displayed in messages buffer.

according to official Mastodon docs, this would indeed be the right way to show direct messages, as those are just normal posts and should be treated as such.

OK, it's the official behaviour, but in this case, maybe add an indication (text or sound) in home buffer for direct messages?
Alternatively, it's maybe possible to make this configurable?

Hi,
Status vissibility is displayed in the invissible interface, but this information is not available in vissible mode. A new column might be added to the list.
