KeyError: 'ct2mr_aligned_global_hist_context' this kind of error occur...

also, I would like to know the data preparation for the code make_hdf5.sh also

Hello! I just saw this now because I didn't receive a notification.

1. KeyError: The line @Registers.datasets.register_with_name('ct2mr_aligned_global_hist_context') exists in datasets/custom.py, so it runs without issues on my end. Please check if there might be any problems with your environment setup.

2. Due to organizational constraints, I'm unable to share the full preprocessing code for CT->MRI. However, I've added the preprocessing code for BraTS in brain_dataset_utils/preprocess_BraTS.py. You can use SPM12 or ANTsPy for coregistration between CT and MRI.
