You select a fixed number, and the user inputs numbers between 0 and 10 until they guess it correctly.

For example:
Fixed number: 3
Enter a number: 2
NOT RIGHT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
Enter a number: 3
WELL DOOOONE, you guessed it!
