This issue is for the final retrospective of our completed project. It’s a chance for us to look back and reflect on how things went—what we did well, what we could have done differently, and what lessons we learned along the way. The goal is to capture key takeaways and action items that we can use to improve in the future, ensuring that we continue growing and working more effectively as a team.
