AdminTool: Add genre, classification and workflow to closed context possible #61

Testserver: qa.inge.mpdl.mpg.de/admintool/
Browser: Firefox 59.0.2 (64-Bit)
Tested version: 1.2.1. ALPHA
Test date: 10.09.2018
User: roland

Actions: Admin Tool -> close context -> add values for "genre", "Classifications" and change "Workflow" -> "save"

Observation: values are saved (at least with second try) althoug status requirements say this must not be possible

fixed in 1.2.3: genres, classifications and workflow no longer displayed for contexts in state 'CLOSED'.
