Browser: ff
Version: Dataverse v. 5.13
User: Dat

Action: log in -> start page or data set view -> "help"

Observation: user is logged out/log in button is displayed ->

-> "log in" leads to misleading view (user logged in and Log in form displayed)

Expected result: "Log In" not displayed on "Help" view
