Browser: ff
Version: 4.5.3 - build date 2019-05-28 09:30:51
User: admin

Actions: "Admin" -> "browse statements" -> select statement -> "edit" -> select new type from drop down menue -> "save"

Observation: error message comes up, although item not in use, data type not changed

Expected result: data type is changed
