Actions: discard released subcollection -> "collection''s list" -> Filter by "State" -> "discarded"

Observation: Discarded subcollection is not available in listing, might be related to changes according to #1164 - generally no subcollection listed in "discarded" filter

Expected Result: Discarded collection still available
