Discarding a published collection fails after discarding subcollection #1204

Steps to reproduce:

Create a collection "test-collection"
Inside "test-collection", create a subcollection "sub-collection"
Publish "test-collection"
Discard "sub-collection"
Discard "test-collection" -> Error

Same behaviour for subcollections that contain discarded subcollections
