Can you please consider adding "add" button to allow adding unversioned files to the repo. Like from the explorer:

While this is possible and Ctrl + G, D seems to be free (Ctrl + G, A being for stash save), I just wanted to share a workflow my team's been using for the past few years, cause you might find it more convenient :) We use the commit window (Ctrl + G, C) for adding unversioned files. The "Menu" keyboard key and shortcuts for every menu item make it quick and easy, letting us summon the context menu and execute commands without reaching for the mouse.

Thank you, indeed commit unversioned will ease the pain. Though, still, I would love to see a simple "Add" 😄
But commit unversioned will definitely do for a while. You are right 👍

My motivation was truly about "making devs' lives that more pleasant". Seems like working :o)
