After i changed the script and i add it back in the MDM, It still runs the old script. % are not changed. Stil having problems with the account thats cannot change the password. How can i succesfully restart the script that the new script will be used?

When you update the scripts for your proactive remediation you should see the version number of the proactive remediation change. You might want to make a note of what it is now and then update and check it has increased.
On the client side the scripts get downloaded into a folder which will look like C:\Windows\IMECache\HealthScripts{guid}_{version}.
You won't have access to browse the folder unless you change the ACL etc which I wouldn't recommend but check that the folder you are seeing ends with the version number that is shown for your proactive remediation.
If you don't want to wait too long you can force an update and re-run of the scripts by deleting the keys under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Policies then rebooting.
