As a Sysadmin
I need to be able to reset counts
So that I can redo the counting from the start

Details and Assumptions

  • Use the action POST/counters/{name}/reset

Acceptance Criteria

Given the counter has advanced to 5
When I call reset on the service
 And I request the current counter
Then I should see 0 returned from the service
