想给首页加个按作者筛选的功能，现在查询作业的接口支持 uploaderId，但这个 ID 没法由用户填写，只能填用户名（手动输入或者复制），所以我想加个用户搜索框：

需求是模糊搜索，不分页，限制 10 个结果

结果里只需要用户 ID 和用户名（目前的用户信息好像只有这俩）
