Say we have streamer A and streamer B. Only one of them have to be streaming, with live stream chat open.
A carrier pigeon is someone who tells A in A's chat what B said/is saying or did/is doing, and vice versa, when neither streamers asked for it.
Can be shortened as "pigeon." Similarly, they are commonly called 鳩（はと）in Japanese.

1. A pigeon is rude and disruptive to a streamer's chat, since the chat is strictly reserved for talking about the current stream and the streamer(s).
