chore: remove old dependency and make app runnable

Building app was broken after update version for libs and gradle version.

which forces to remove use of kotlin-android-extensions I used this guide.

then I found I need to add kotlin-parcelize as room was using it.

Benefits:

• found that I was using a view from different file with same name (one of cons of using 'kotlin-android-extensions' ) here.
