Running PQL commands from a CLI

It would be nice to run arbitrary PQL commands against a service.

gam pql << EOF
select Id, EntityId, UserId
from Change_History
where EntityType = 'LINE_ITEM'
and ...
EOF

And where you must use "value"'d syntax:

gam pql -v start='{"date":{"year":2024,"month":5,"day":10}}' << EOF
select Id, EntityId, UserId
from Change_History 
where EntityType = 'LINE_ITEM'
and ChangeDateTime > :start
and ...
EOF
