I cannot upload the simple blink program to Intel Galileo Gen 1 board. It's been months, and to this day, I haven't made a significant progress with this board. At first, we can upload programs to it. But when accessing the Linux terminal, and then the Python IDLE, it does not respond anymore. Now, it got even worse. It cannot even upload a program. Please help? Thank you!

Which image are you using? Have you updated the Galileo's firmware? Have you tried to recover the board with any of the recovering methods?

I'm accessing the native Linux terminal of the board. Yes, the firmware is updated. May I know why should I try to recover the board? Thank you.

I just wanted to know what you had done do far. You are trying to use the blink script from Linux, right? If so, have installed mraa? Which image are you using?

MRAA? What do you mean 'which image are you using?'? For the OS of the board?

I'm trying to upload the blink program to the Galileo board, but it fails to upload. I'm at the 'Uploading Blink' portion of this tutorial: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/galileo-getting-started-guide
