the service doesn't support annotations so it is not possible to create an internal load balancer

We should add annotations to the service here: https://github.com/ManagedKube/helm-charts/blob/master/charts/standard-application/templates/service.yaml

@craig-z however, i think you want an internal load balancer instead though.
