Describe the bug
when calling SpecLibBase.load_hdf() SpecLibBase.charged_frag_types is not loaded correctly.

Hotfix
MannLabs/alphadia#434

Expected behavior
SpecLibBase.charged_frag_types should be the same as SpecLibBase.fragment_mz_df.columns

This is strange, what types were loaded or not loaded?
