Create an example set of regression tests for Islandora (and Drupal) sites

Create a set of regression test that can be run against a Drupal or Islandora instance. The aim is for development teams to be better able to detect any regression bugs upon module updates, additions, and or other changes to be made to production sites. (Ideally, these would be detected in a staging environment before the changes are promoted to a production environment.) The requested deliverable is an example regression test framework with sufficient documentation so that others can build upon the initial set of tests.
