[Suggestion] Quarter Support #110

Can we get a support on quarter choose. So it's like MonthPicker but instead month, it show Quarter 1, Quarter 2, Quarter 3, and Quarter 4

@devsmartlink thank you for suggestion but there is no plans to add quarter support in nearest future.
