Repository URL information on Student UI should not be a link

Currently, the student's "Assignment's" tab page under the repository url section, repository url's href is pointing to a "#", so when you right click on it and select copy link address, it copies the current browser page's url instead of the Git url. Because of this, we should remove it as being a link, and also it would not work in the browser anyway.
