Move pricing information to its own page

Design

• Put a Pricing link in the top navbar, which leads to pricing information on a Pricing page.
• Move the Choosing a Plan table from the Home page to the new Pricing page.
  • Note: Issue Comment out the "pricing" table in front page #93 removed the table completely.
• Reference the Choosing a Plan information in the FAQ page.
• See the original home page for prototype of the Choosing a Plan table (commit c4119df).

Open Issues

• We need to replace filler text in the pricing table with real content.
