Before proceeding with this enhancement, we need to check the new cookies alert regulation. We might not need it after all, as it seems that it will change in the coming years. We need to know the plans because if it won't change in the next two years, then it's worth the cost.
If, however, this should be accepted, it wouldn't still be applicable before 25th May 2018. And, yet, I fail to understand, from the first link above, whether the cookies bar could be completely removed or not.
To sum up, I say we keep it as-is right now and we'll figure out what to do when the legislation is passed - if it finally is.
All websites hosted in the EU have to show a cookies alert frame to new users. We need to incorporate a cookies alert component here.
