Plugin just stops working for periods of time.

For periods of time the plugin will just not redirect players correctly, whether they use the /server command or an NPC in my hub there is nothing wrong with the connection to these servers without the plugin installed I've run into no issues the last couple days, but with the plugin installed it intermittently would cut out connections between my servers constantly force-connecting my players back to the hub point when they were attempting to join a server.
