Berlin Clock Converter Application : 

To run this application, please follow these steps :

1- run front end : 
 cd front 
 npm i
 npm start

2- open back end spring boot app with your IDE (Intellij or else) and run command bootRun

To run front end test, just type : npm test 

To run back end test, just type command : test
