Requirements Analysis #19
Comments
3: do we want to keep "sample component synthesis" and "sample preparation" conceptually separated? Are they two different steps or synthesis is part of the sample preparation? This will clarify how to formulate the competence question 4: I know that by definition sample preparation is part of the experiment, but this question sounds unusual to me. Maybe @mpanighel has a better formulation? 6: What would the answer be here? Are we interested in the name of the user or do we want to distinguish whether metadata was filled by some automatic software? |
I would say they are two separated steps. A competence question could be instead
It does sound unusual but it should be semantically correct, I do not have other ideas about formulation |
Alright, if we found something sound unusual, lets discuss this on our weekly meeting |
|
I am not aware of any commonly used definition for that process. As we discussed in the weekly meeting, Synthesis could also replaced by Production, Manufacturing or less likely Creation. Component could also in principle be replaced by some other synonym. |

THanks @rossellaaversa these are really comprehensive! we'll take a look how to implement these questions. |
Thank you @rossellaaversa these issues, make ontology clearer. Just a comment. I think it's better to mention which QCs should respond based on ontology inference. For instance, these two questions: |
Sure, that would be a good idea and could be showed in the paper as well. But, i think we will keep these all questions in the repository along with SPARQL queries... |
This is issue will be reserved for a collection of Competence Questions (CQs) as part of requirements analysis process.
