Hello everyone,
An index error seems to occur randomly when trying to install November 6 version.

At first I had 403 errors happening (yesterday) when trying to update.
Now I am getting an index error (image linked) on the current version, this seems to happen randomly as it now works upon retrying to install it.
(reason why I cant get a full log of the error)

Seems to work again now?
I don't know what happened but I cant repoduce it to get the full report
