drawer toggle should not respond to right view #27

I've set up a drawer layout with a filter view as rightView but without a leftView. It works fine except for the drawer toggle icon which responds to the right view.

I think the toggle icon should only be set up if there is a left view and only respond to the left view.

Okay, I didn't see the drawerIndicatorEnabled property. It's not documented. It's also possible to use this to disable the drawer indicator. But I think the PR #28 still makes sense. Cheers!
