Describe the issue

While my OEM memory card with a multi-install works just fine, my non-OEM card - MagicGate compatible or else it wouldn't work at all - breaks on my DECKARD (75003 as listed and included in zip) when RC4 is installed over V2 (if that's not desired, please indicate so, there are no warnings), but not my FPGA (70003, included in zip file) - unless I then reinstall it on my RC4-patched DECKARD, then the opposite becomes true. This doesn't seem like an intended behaviour given the difference between OEM and aftermarket, so I'm reporting it just in case.
PS2s.zip - this includes both the dumps - they're of the V2 release, because RC4 broke stuff and I was in a hurry to revert. If that's not OK, I'll see what I can do when I get back to you. (This may not be timely, however. I can be busy sometimes.)

Also, while I'm here, I personally don't like the change to the DECKARD patch that forces the OSDSYS into NTSC mode. In my opinion it looks cleaner in PAL. If there's no technical reason, I would request that the user be given the option to choose what video mode to use, since only games would need one or the other. Thanks for your hard work.
